崗位職責(zé): 1. Provide surgery service in main hospital. 在醫(yī)院提供外科服務(wù)。 2. Perform daily patient rounds, either individually, or as part of the team. Review subjective and objective findings including labs, diagnostic testing, vital signs, wound status, and drains and provide data to senior consultant surgeons when necessary. 執(zhí)行日常查房，可以獨(dú)立完成，也可以作為團(tuán)隊(duì)的一部分?；仡欀饔^和客觀的檢查結(jié)果，包括實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢查、診斷檢測(cè)、生命體征、傷口狀態(tài)和引流，必要時(shí)向高級(jí)外科顧問提供數(shù)據(jù)。 3. Provides patient education related to procedures, medications, therapeutic goals, etc. Arranges for consults and patient transfers as needed. .為患者提供相關(guān)教育，包括治療程序、藥物、治療目標(biāo)等。根據(jù)需要安排會(huì)診和病人轉(zhuǎn)院。 4. Collaborates with senior consultants in the establishment of diagnoses and treatments of therapies and discharge needs both in the inpatient and outpatient setting. 與資深咨詢師合作，制定住院和門診的診斷、治療和出院需求。 5. Discontinue drains, dressings changes, wound assessments, staple and suture removal, cast and splint applications and removal as indicated. 如有需要，停止引流、更換敷料、評(píng)估傷口、拆線、使用石膏和夾板并拆除。 6. Share call with surgical colleagues to insure SZU has 24 hour surgical coverage與外科同事共同值班，以確保SZU 24小時(shí)都可以進(jìn)行手術(shù)。 11. Perform independent surgery on privileged cases in consultation with the CMO 與CMO協(xié)商，對(duì)特殊病例進(jìn)行獨(dú)立手術(shù)。 12. Assists senior consultants on surgical cases 協(xié)助高級(jí)顧問處理外科病例。 13. Works on quality improvement activities within the department in collaboration with other surgical team and CMO 與其他外科團(tuán)隊(duì)和CMO合作，在科室內(nèi)開展質(zhì)量改進(jìn)活動(dòng)。 14. Will agree to serve on one hospital/clinic committee同意在一個(gè)醫(yī)院/診所任職。 15. Will work closely with the Administrative Leader/Chairperson of the Department in supporting departmental goals 與行政領(lǐng)導(dǎo)/部門主任緊密合作以支持部門目標(biāo)。 16. May be granted additional responsibilities based on consultation with Department Leader/Chairperson and/or Medical Director/CMO. 根據(jù)與部門領(lǐng)導(dǎo)/主任和/或醫(yī)務(wù)主任/醫(yī)療總監(jiān)的協(xié)商，可能被安排額外的職責(zé)。 任職要求: 1. MD or equivalent 臨床醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)學(xué)位或同等。 2. Board certification or equivalent in general surgery 受認(rèn)證的普通外科證書或同等資格。 3. Completed degree from and accredited Chinese or international medical university 畢業(yè)于中國(guó)或國(guó)外醫(yī)科大學(xué)。 4. Completed full training in general surgery in and accredited training program either in China or abroad. 在國(guó)內(nèi)或國(guó)外完成普通外科培訓(xùn)，并通過(guò)規(guī)培 5. At lease 3-5 years clinical surgical experience. 至少3-5年臨床外科經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 6. Ability to interpret history, exam findings, labs and test results to synthesize an operative or non-operative management plan according to international standards. 能夠解釋病史、檢查結(jié)果、實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢測(cè)結(jié)果，根據(jù)國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制定手術(shù)或非手術(shù)管理計(jì)劃。
