7. 申請人尚未全職回國（來華）工作，或者 2023 年 1 月 1 日以后回國（來華）工作。獲資助通知后須辭去海外工作并全職回國（來華）工作不少于 3 年。

8. 限項要求：執(zhí)行國家科技人才計劃統(tǒng)籌銜接的相關(guān)要求。同層次國家科技人才計劃只能承擔(dān)一項，不能逆層次申請。

Ⅱ.Recruitment Requirements

1.Comply with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, have good scientific ethics, and consciously practice the spirit of scientists in the new era.

2. Born on or after January 1, 1984.

3. Hold a doctoral degree.

4. The research orientation is mainly in natural science, engineering technology, etc.

5. After obtaining the doctoral degree until April 15, 2024, the applicant should generally have held a formal teaching or research position at an overseas university, research institution, or corporate research and development institution for a continuous period of at least 36 months. For those who have obtained a doctoral degree overseas with outstanding achievements, the requirement for work experience can be appropriately relaxed.

6. Have research or technical achievements recognized by peers and demonstrate the potential to become an academic leader or outstanding talent in the field.

7. The applicant has not worked full-time in China or returned to China for work before January 1, 2023. After receiving the funding notification, the applicant must resign from overseas work or have no job overseas and work full-time in China for a minimum of 3 years.

8. Comply with the requirements of the coordination of national talent programs in science and technology. Within the support period of the same level national talent program, only one project can be undertaken, and applications cannot be made at a lower level than the current level.

三、申報說明

1. 符合條件的申請人，可按照項目指南要求，與我院簽訂工作合同或者意向性協(xié)議，2024 年 2 月 1 日以后登錄信息系統(tǒng)，在線填寫《國家自然科學(xué)基金優(yōu)秀青年科學(xué)基金項目（海外）申請書》（以下簡稱申請書），并于 2024 年 4 月 1 日前在線提交電子申請書及附件材料。申請人對所提交申請材料的真實(shí)性負(fù)責(zé)。

2. 申請人應(yīng)當(dāng)按照申請書填報說明和撰寫提綱的要求用簡體中文或英文在線填寫申請書，并上傳附件等材料。

3. 優(yōu)秀青年科學(xué)基金項目（海外）實(shí)行無紙化申請方式，申請人在線提交電子申請書及附件、公正性承諾書等材料至依托單位，由我院審核后在線提交自然科學(xué)基金委。

Ⅲ. Application Instructions

1.Eligible applicants should sign a work contract or an intent agreement with the hospital according to the requirements, log in to the information system after February 1, 2024, and fill in the Application Form for the Excellent Young Scientists Fund(overseas) of the National Natural Science Foundation online, and submit the e-application and the supporting documents online before April 1, 2024.The applicant should be responsible for the authenticity of the application materials submitted.

2. The applicant should fill in the application form online in simplified Chinese or English according to the application instruction, and upload relevant attachments and other materials.

3. Outstanding Youth Science Fund Project (Overseas) adopts the paperless application method. Applicants shall submit online application form, attachments and impartiality commitment and other documents to the supporting institutions online; our hospital shall then review the documents and submitted them to the National Natural Science Foundation online.

四、支持保障

1. 醫(yī)院提供稅后安家費(fèi) 200 萬元、科研經(jīng)費(fèi) 300-500 萬元（含國家配套 100-300 萬）、稅后年薪 100 萬元。

2. 提供研究員系列崗位聘任。

3. 提供實(shí)驗(yàn)室場所，支持組建科研團(tuán)隊。幫助申報國家和山西省人才支持計劃。

Ⅳ. Support Conditions

1. The hospital will offer a settling-in allowance of RMB 2 million (after tax), research funding of RMB 3-5 million (including RMB 1-3 million from the state), and an annual salary of RMB 1 million (after tax).

2. The hospital will offer the Researcher Series Positions.

3. The hospital will offer laboratory space, support the formation of scientific research team and help with the application of national and Shanxi Province talent support program.

六、醫(yī)院簡介

山西白求恩醫(yī)院（山西醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)院），是華中科技大學(xué)附屬同濟(jì)醫(yī)院共建國家區(qū)域醫(yī)療中心單位，位于山西省省會太原市龍城大街 99 號，占地 583 畝，建筑面積 49 萬 m2。醫(yī)院擁有華北最大的門診區(qū)，日可接待門診逾萬人，共開設(shè)床位 3200 張。設(shè)有院士工作站 4 個，博士后科研工作站 1 個；臨床、醫(yī)技科室 62 個，其中，國家級臨床重點(diǎn)?？?1 個；省「136」興醫(yī)工程領(lǐng)軍臨床專科 1 個；省級臨床重點(diǎn)?？?10 個；省級重點(diǎn)學(xué)科 12 個。

Ⅵ. Hospital Introduction

Shanxi Bethune Hospital (Shanxi Academy of Medical Sciences), a national regional medical center co-constructed by Tongji Hospital affiliated to Huazhong University of Science and Technology, is located at NO. 99 Longcheng Avenue, Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province, covering an area of 583 mu with a construction area of 490,000 m2. The hospital has the largest outpatient area in North China, with more than 10,000 outpatients treated on a daily basis and 3,200 beds in total. There are 4 academician workstations, 1 postdoctoral research workstation, 62 clinical and medical or technical departments, including 1 key national clinical specialty, 1 leading clinical specialty of "136" provincial medical project, 10 key provincial clinical specialties, and 12 key provincial specialties.

The hospital focuses on the construction of scientific research platforms. Currently, the scientific research building projects under construction cover an area of 120,000 m2, which are scheduled to be completed and put into use in 2024. The hospital is equipped with more than 10 well-known scientific research platforms in the province, including the Shanxi Nano Biomedical Engineering Research Centre, Shanxi Key Laboratory for the Research of Endocrinology and Metabolism. It has over 30 research institutions integrating scientific research, teaching, medical treatment and postgraduate training, including the Medical Laboratory Centre, Office of Institute of Medical Apparatus Clinical Trials, and Office of Institute of Drug Clinical Trials. Meanwhile, the hospital is equipped with a wide range of instruments and equipment with advanced technologies.

In August 2019, Shanxi Bethune Hospital cooperated with Tongji Hospital of Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology to build a national regional medical center, fully introducing Tongji Hospital's scientific management model, advanced medical technology and excellent talent teams, building Shanxi Bethune Hospital into a high-level clinical treatment center, a high-level talent training base and a high-level scientific research and innovation platform, and endeavoring to improve the hospital's comprehensive strength to rank in the top 100 hospitals in China.
