崗位職責(zé): Job Title: ENT Physician Department： Surgery Summary of Responsibilities: Assess and treat patients as appropriate and within scope of practice of ENT including familiarity all aspects of ear, nose and throat problem in both inpatient and outpatient setting. Supervision Received: Surgery Department Chair Supervision Exercised: None Education and Experience: Doctor of medicine degree (or equivalent) from an approved school of medicine recognized by relevant government authority. Completion of residency training in ENT at a hospital and program acceptable to the Chairperson and Chief Medical Officer Skills: Fluency in English Required Fluency in Mandarin a preferred Good communication skill Computer literate—Word, Internet usage Experience treating outpatients and inpatients Can understand and respect different cultural Reasoning Ability: Superior diagnostic skills Primary Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive and continuing medical care for ENT patients. The physician shall be capable of performing the full range of services to include but not limited to: performing physical examinations, prescribing and administering treatment and management of ENT patients served by the facility. --Manage outpatient and surgical ENT cases and make expert recommendations to the Chief of Surgery, regarding definitive management of these cases. --Perform various procedures or surgeries within all scope of general, otology and graft. Interprets test results and evaluates examination findings. Conducts ward round if necessary and prescribes therapy Works on quality improvement activities within the department in collaboration with attending Doctor and other consultant or specialist. Requirement: University hospital work experience is necessary.
