崗位職責(zé): ? Attending/Senior physician in word: on outpatient and inpatient care ? Following JCI principle to deliver the quality and service care ? Patient-family centered care for medical decisions ? Obligation teach the junior doctors to improve the overall competency of doctor team ? Assistant the Department Chair to do the clinical and administrative work per request ? Work as physician when patient needs the intensive care ? Take night shifts as assigned ? Contribution on internal and external training as the teacher of facilitator ? Take imitative in marketing activities from professional aspect ? Other clinical work assigned by CMO and/or Department Chair ? Other clinical and administration work assigned by Inpatient Director 任職資格: ? Medical Master or Medical Doctor Degree ? At least 10 years of ICU relative work experience in 3A hospital ? Attending or Associate Chief Doctor Certificate ? Effective communication skills (English and Chinese) ? Service Oriented
